BFMarch10 Promotion Terms

• The BFMARCH10 promotion is valid only for orders with delivery dates scheduled between 1 March and 31 March. 
• Orders placed using the promotion code for delivery dates outside of this period are not eligible. 
• Bayfront Catering reserves the right to cancel or amend any order that does not comply with these promotional terms.
• The 10% discount applies to the food subtotal only and does not apply to delivery charges, add-ons, service fees, or any other additional charges.

Effective January 1,2026 Updates to the following changes to our delivery and stair charges

Buffet Information

• Complimentary full buffet line set-up with table cloth, skirting, disposable utensils and garbage bag will be provided.
•  Orders must be made at least 5 working days in advance prior to function date. Menu items and time slots are subject to availability. You are kindly advised to place your order 2 weeks in advance to avoid any disappointment.
• A delivery charge of $60 is required and a $70 delivery charge for postal codes within 46-51 (first two digits of postal code) are required for all full buffet orders. 
• The delivery fee will be waived for orders of more than $900.00
•  An additional surcharge of $100 will be applicable per flight of stairs for no lift landing area. (A charge of $140 will be applied should customers fail to inform us on this before the event date)
  
• Food is best consumed within 3 hours of delivery for all menus with a buffet set-up
•  We reserve the right to change the dish of equivalent value without prior notice, subject to availability,
• For requested delivery timings between 7.30am to 9.30am, an additional charge of $60 will be incurred. For requested delivery timings between 7.30pm to 11.30pm, an additional charge of $120 will be incurred.
• A surcharge of $20 will be incurred for deliveries in the CBD, Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa Island, Airport Cargo Road and Changi Airport area 
• All prices are subjected to 9% GST
  
  

Cancellation Charges:

• Cancellations made 2 days prior to an event will be subjected to a penalty of 70% of the total bill.
• Cancellations made 1 day prior to an event will be subjected to a penalty of 100% of the total bill.
  

Late collection:

• For collection between 9.30pm to 11.30pm, a charge of $120 will be applicable

For overnight collection, a charge of $60 will be applicable.
